How to delete your account

You can delete your Hoops AI Coach account and all of its data at any time, directly in the app.

In the app

1. Open Hoops AI Coach and go to Profile.
2. Open Account and tap Delete account.
3. If your account has a password, enter it to confirm. Accounts that only use Sign in with Apple or Google confirm with a single tap.
4. Your account is deleted immediately and you are signed out.

What is deleted

• Your account (email, name, profile photo) and sign-in links to Apple or Google.
• Your player profile, team schedule, weekly plans, workouts, lifts, and check-ins.
• Your progress, streaks, tiers, badges, and push notification registrations.
• Your subscription record on our side (see the note below about billing).

Residual copies may persist in encrypted backups and logs for up to 90 days before being purged, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Subscriptions

Deleting your account does not cancel an active subscription. Billing is handled by Apple or Google, so cancel it in your device's Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions (iPhone) or Google Play → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions (Android) before or after deleting your account.

Can't access the app?

If you can no longer sign in, email hoopsaiapp@gmail.com from the address linked to your account and ask us to delete it. We will verify that the request comes from the account owner and complete it within 30 days.
